Registration

When does registration open?
Registration opens September 13, 2026. Space is limited, so we encourage you to reserve your spot early.

What is the cost of registration?
Early Bird Registration is available September 13–November 23, 2026.

One Day – Individual: $225
One Day – Team (3+): $199/person
Two Days – Individual: $399
Two Days – Team (3+): $349/person

Regular Registration is available November 24, 2026–January 22, 2027.

One Day – Individual: $275
One Day – Team (3+): $249/person
Two Days – Individual: $499
Two Days – Team (3+): $449/person

Team pricing is available for groups of three or more.

What is included in the cost of registration?
Registration includes all conference programming offered on the day or days for which you are registered. Two-day registration includes the full conference experience, including interactive workshops, classroom visits, the community panel, and breakout sessions.

Are meals included?
Lunch is included each day of the conference for registered participants. Information about additional refreshments will be shared closer to the conference. Dietary restrictions will be collected during registration.

Are there any scholarships available?
At this time, we are not able to offer scholarships. However, educators may have access to district, school, state, or other professional learning funds that can be used toward conference registration and travel expenses. We encourage educators to check with their schools or districts about available funding.

Our Conference Justification Toolkit is designed to help you request funding or approval from your school or organization to attend the conference. It includes conference information and customizable language you can use to make the case for attending. The 2027 toolkit will be available soon!

Can I cancel my registration?
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to contact@ecpbl.com. Refunds, less a 5% processing fee, will be issued according to the following schedule:

September 13 – November 11, 2026: 100% refund
November 12 – December 11, 2026: 75% refund
December 12, 2026 – January 11, 2027: 50% refund
January 12 – February 12, 2027: No refunds

What payment methods are accepted?
Payments can be made securely by credit card through our website.

Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes, we accept purchase orders from schools and organizations. A purchase order must be received and approved in order to confirm registration. Once registration is confirmed, the school or organization is responsible for payment even if the registered participant does not attend. Cancellations are subject to the conference cancellation and refund policy.

Where is the conference being held?
The 2027 Early Childhood Project Based Learning Conference will take place at Indian Hill Primary School in Cincinnati, Ohio.

What hotel options are available?
We are currently working to secure discounted room blocks at hotels near Indian Hill Primary School. Hotel information and booking details will be available soon.

What airport should I fly into?
Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) is the closest major airport and is approximately a 30-minute drive from Indian Hill Primary School. 

What is the dress code?

The conference is casual—please wear whatever is comfortable for you. Cincinnati weather can be unpredictable in February, so we recommend checking the forecast before you travel and bringing layers.

How do I get to Indian Hill Primary School?
Indian Hill Primary School is located at 6207 Drake Road, Cincinnati, OH 45243. For driving directions, enter “Indian Hill Primary School” or the street address into your preferred GPS navigation app.

Information about parking at the school will be shared with registered participants before the conference.

Accessibility and Special Requirements

We aim to make the conference accessible and inclusive. Please let us know if you need accommodations for physical accessibility, dietary restrictions, or materials in alternate formats by emailing contact@ecpbl.com.

Dietary restrictions will be collected during registration, and we will do our best to accommodate participants’ dietary needs.

Program and Sessions

Who should attend?
Teachers, instructional assistants, family child care providers, coaches, and school leaders working with children ages 3–8 in preschool, transitional kindergarten, kindergarten, and early elementary classrooms.

What are the hours of the conference?
Thursday, February 11, 2027: TBD
Friday, February 12, 2027: TBD

Do I need to bring anything?
You are welcome to bring a laptop or tablet, but a device is not required. We also recommend bringing a refillable water bottle. Any additional information about what to bring will be shared with participants before the conference.

Will I receive continuing education credits?
Official CEUs are not offered, but a certificate of attendance with hours will be provided upon request.

Will I get to select which sessions I attend?
Yes, sessions will be selected at the conference. 

Will sessions be recorded or available online?
No. Sessions are fully in-person and interactive.

Will session materials be shared?
Yes. Presenters will provide digital or print resources to support continued learning after the conference.
